I second the Revival soy chips...SUPER crunchy, if that's what you're craving.  Lots and lots of flavors.

Also in the grocery store you can find the Genisoy and another brand which escapes me now...like mini rice cakes, but soy and very crunchy.

Make little piles of a tablespoon or so of shredded cheese each on a foil lined and non stick sprayed cookie sheet and bake them till crisp. Then drain them well on paper towels since you need low fat. Voila. Protein chips!

That sounds wonderful. Hadn't thought of that LOL I'm still learning how to get a good variety into my diet. Haven't cheated once, though. I'll try it tonight.

If you have a Trader Joes near you, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips!!  They taste like regular tortilla chips and have 5g of fiber & 8g of protein per serving...perfect for salsa, hummus or guacamole.  They have regular & spicy flavors.  To die for.

Also, Fiber One has new crackers with 5-7g of fiber per serving.  They come in Multi-Grain or Garlic & Herb....delish!

Another crunchy/salty treat are roasted & salted edamame (soy beans).  Sooooo good an 10g of protein per 1oz serving.

Good luck!
