Happy Friday Everyone! Just came back from the gym (did 45 minutes on the elliptical) and broiled a steak. It is absolutely tasteless and tough, however, that apparently is not stopping me from eating it.

Hi Nancy and everyone! Nancy, hope you are feeling better, and your food and exercise looks great. Happy weekend. Someone asked me about my protein shake yesterday, I use the walmart vanilla creme, 1 heaping scoop, and 2 heaping tbsps of Hills Brothers vanilla cappaccino, sugar free, and about 8-10 ice cubes in a shaker bottle with milk, shake shake shake, yum, yum yum. :)

S. 4 oz cottage cheese, 1/4 cup fruit
L. 3 oz steak, mushrooms and cauliflower
D. 2 oz chicken, cauliflower, few mushrooms, swiss chard
