Totally pooped! Long work day, no gym tonight and just "helped" my niece finish some paperwork for various job applications/interviews. Time now to munch on my popcorn, watch TV and just RELAX!

Thank you, We actually had to put him to sleep last week. It is like my memorial to him. He had what they call a mega esophagus and it caused particles to get in his lungs, He was only 2. We thought it was just an inverted sneeze but he had blockages from junk he ate, lungs, were horrible, and with the scope they found the mega esophagus that caused the problems. They say this is common in smush face dogs. We did want him to suffer but I sure Miss him. How could you not, waking up and seeing that precious face every mourning. We are into rescues and I found a Boston terrier rescue in Mobile, Al. So I may look into that.

Not much food for me today, I've been having chest pains and ended up going to see my PCP, they did an EKG and that turned out ok, so hopefully the pains are from a pulled muscle or something, I'll go back for a stress test in a couple of days if it doesn't get better.
Ok on to food.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup protein shake
Lunch:
low carb mini pita pocket with 2 tbs. peanut butter
Dinner:
1/4 cup chicken salad with half a mini pita pocket
