I have to fly, but due to stress my body only lets me eat soft solids. Well try to find the soft solids I need in 3 oz or less! Any suggestions??

Are you talking about on the plane?  If so,  talk to the airline carrier and tell them of the dietary restrictions and see if you could work something out.

What is your definition of a soft solid? Lunch meat? Hard boiled eggs? You won't have a problem with either of those at the airport.

I bring peanut butter in the single packs, hummis and string cheese through security all the time and have never had it pitched out of my bag.

As long as it is not straight liquids,  airlines can't stop you from bringing food( yogurt might be a little iffy?) through security for the flight.  and it can be more than 3 oz. I've flown 5-6 times in the past year and always bring food, no prob.

Also, I would not bring tuna or eggs of any kind to eat on the plane due to the smell as a courtesy to other passengers.  I would eat these in the airport, but not on the plane.
