The important stuff I think:

Hemoglobin 14.8
Hematocrit 44.0
Iron total 79
Total iron binding capacity 312
Transferrin saturation 25

Only low things were WBC's at 3.6
RDW 15.6

HIGH VITAMIN B12  1420
Vitamin D hydroxy Total 78   D3  D2 less than 4
B6 89 high

Folates greater than 24
PTH intact  29
Normal parathryoid
hypoparathyroidism low or Normal  then says Low

So what cha think.  Let me know and thanks for caring enough to look!  Patty

Your B12 isn't high - that's a good range.   My hemo doc is really happy when mine gets that high.    I would KILL to have a D/PTH ratio like yours, by the way!

I think they're pretty!

The WBC can move. I mean, the range can move, so today it might say 3.8 is the bottom, next week, the bottom is 3.4. I wouldn't panic yet unless your docs do.

D 25 at 78 is very nice and the PTH, thing stuff of dreams.

D2, do not bother your head. It's very transitory. Did you have a good hair or bad hair that day? That's about how much that measure means to you.

If you're taking a b complex, maybe cut to every other day if the B1 was ok. Otherwise, I think I'd be flashing them around to my friends as they are over all pretty nice, what you show here.

Hey sweet Vitalady:

I was taking the thing under your tongue of B1 B6 B12...from Trader Joes.  I was doing it twice a day so now I'm only taking it once.

Thanks for answering!  Patty   I was worried about the Ferritin and iron thing since not as faithful about taking my carbonal iron that I got from you.   Taking about once a week!

Keep up with the iron, tho, cuz once it goes down, it's really hard to pu**** back uphill
