Strawberries are definitely in season.  I got the large box of large strawberries for only $3.99 at the A&P and they are delish!

Not too bad considering that I brought in 48 cupcakes today and frosted them at my desk (did not even eat ONE of them!) and I also went out for an unplanned lunch (even though I had prepared my "healthy" lunch).  It just shows us that no matter where we go, we can always find a weight loss friendly food. The pumpkin pie syrup sounds good.  I hate their blueberry version which is such a shame since that is my favorite Dunkin Donuts syrup.

Blech!  The blueberry one is nasty.  Just about the only one that I don't like by them.  Tastes uber artificial and chemical-y yet my friend just loves it so I gave it to her.  But their strawberry and raspberry syrups are SO good.  I'm going to make Pumpkin Pie Protein Ice Cream tomorrow and maybe Orange-Vanilla too (like a 50/50 bar - GUH).  The options are endless with this new ice cream maker.  I'm in love...lol.

I didn't work out today, I wanted to but my body told me to chill out and rest so I listened. I ate 1300 calories which I think is too much. I know I need to stop snacking so much but I would pretty much rather snack than eat a meal. I plan on going back to only having 3 meals and 2 snacks tomorrow.

Always good to listen to your body.  Both my NUT and a personal trainer that I had met with told me to stop exercising 6-7 days/week.  They told me it was good for the body to have some rest days.

Also, there are a number of proponents for eating more, smaller meals throughout the day.  As long as you don't graze ALL day and your meal sizes expand in size, it should not be an issue.  We are all different and we have to find out what works for us as individuals.
