erosion of teeth

Has anyone had problems with tummy acids eroding teeth?

 I know 6 people with acid reflux who have problems with their teeth.  The stomach acids come up when you are sleeping and erode your teeth.

It's our eating patterns and food sitting on teeth.

I wish I'd recorded the dentist when he explained it to me.

RNY patients tend to erode teeth due to grazing.  WINNING!

 Mine is due to what Beth was saying in conjunction with vit deficancy. Mine did okay up until about 6 yrs out then I had one crack right in 2. Fun times.
