Hello everyone. Nancy, where are you? :) we miss you honey. I think I am getting another ulcer, and not feeling too well. I am taking carafate and protonix, but my stomach hurts again. **** **** ****! todays eats

S. they had dougnuts at work, I ate one :)
L. 2 oz chicken salad, 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries
D. leftovers from Easter, 2 oz beef, cauliflower,broccoli, yams

This morning the scale said 200.2, almost onederland! I can hardly believe it. Maybe tomorrow, have a great night everyone, maria

Still struggling with my weight and making poor choices with my eating. Up 6 pounds from my lowest weight. Want to lose 8 more pounds to get to my goal but then I would like to lose 5-10 more after that. Don't want to be done losing and for sure I don't want to be gaining.
B-1 scrambled egg, onions, mushrooms and ketchup (made two eggs but couldn't eat it, was sick all morning). Left out the cheese. Also ate a little bit of cantaloupe.
S-none still sick
L-Feeling better so I ate some pork chop and green beans
S-2 servings of cantaloupe, two pieces of sf candy
D-salad, cauliflower, lite dressing, and two hard boiled eggs
S-2 cookies 150 cal, 10g sugar, popcorn
Ran three miles tonight, No water in the morning but did better in the afternoon.

I'm right there with you Julie, I am up 7.5 lbs from my lowest weight, but would like to get down a total of about 15 . I have been really watching it for the last 2 weeks, and am determined to get down to my lowest ever before my 2 year weigh-in, which is June 29th.

Hi Gay, I think its my freaking pouch that is causing them. Now that I dont use food to stuff my feelings, the emotions come on strong and my pouch is too freaking sensitive. I spent 7 weeks in the hospital in december-march, 8 days in intensive care in critical condition from an ulcer that preforated my stomach wall. I am getting scared of a repeat. maria

We've had a horrible day full of tornado threats most of the day! I have no electricity, so my son and I are at my daughter's house. Her husband had to work tonight, so we are going to spend the night with her! Getting kinda/sorta crazy when we get under a tornado warning in the bathroom with 3 adults, 6 dogs and one cat, lol !!! Imagine dat ???? What a visual!! Giggles!

L: 4 oz. chicken breast
D: Banana sandwich on 50 calorie double fiber bread, 1 T. peanut butter
