You could try getting a comfort bra or a sleeping bra. You can call lingerie stores to see if they carry those. Good luck.

When visiting my surgeon's office for the first time post surgery, he noticed i was holding the center of my bra away from my chest. He folded a piece of gauze to about 2" square and told me to place it between bra and incision. No more pain and worry that i might irritate the incision. Wore gauze this way for the next 3 weeks - til it was time for a smaller bra! good luck!
