Hey Everyone -
Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day! I have been MIA from the boards for the past couple of weeks and I am struggling big time. Too much work .... too much stress .... too much eating ... no recording of food and too little exercise, which resulted in a 8 lb gain over the last two weeks.
Need to pull myself out of the abyss. So far I have avoided all the tasty left overs from yesterday's celebration, however, the night aint over! I need to stay strong and stay the course.

Wanted a donut real bad today that was in our lounge at work. I didn't do it but thought about it each time I walked by. No major exercising today but I will go work in my flower garden tonight. I will try to avoid too many snacks tonight. Going to try to get up early and run before work but I don't know...

So sorry about your loss, that has to be tough.
For the pretzels-I do buy Kay's Natural jalapeno honey mustard ones and I do like them but you see I do like the rest of the chips and the cereal. The pretzels are probably my least fav but I like to have something crunchy sometimes. The protein cereals are my fav (I eat it dry) and sometimes I eat as a snack. Not sure if there is a sample package with the pretzels in it or not.

Thanks! I do a monthly order from netrition.com, so I'll try these next time. As for cereal, I am in love with Nutritious Living Hi/Lo Cereals (Hi-protein, Lo-carb)...comes in Vanilla Almond, Maple Nut and Original. It has the texture of bran flakes, which is a nice change. Thanks for the info. Jalapeno Honey Mustard sounds divine!
Hi Julie - I get all of my protein cereals from netrition.com. Decent prices and they have a flat shipping rate of $4.95, no matter how much you order and they always throw in a couple of freebies. I also buy my protein shakes, Low Carb Specialty Items, Soy Crisps & all the different flavors of SF Davinci Syrups (I have 14 flavors currently lol).
I'm just glad you are okay, Nancy. :) I missed you! I was dealing with a loss of a dear friend last week and didn't post for a few days too because, well...because I couldn't eat, honestly. Service was Saturday and today is the first day I have felt somewhat "normal" again (whatever THAT means lol). I guess it's true, I just need time. Glad you're back, honey!
