Protein Drink Samples

Hello!  

I will be having my RNY on June 21st.  I have never drank protein drinks before and not sure what they will taste like.  I am picky on that to be honest.  I have had slim fast and the breakfast drinks and do not like them.  I have heard good and bad about a lot of different drinks.  So I want to get samples of different kinds to start with.  I am buying my vitamins, getting my house all ready, and starting a low-fat diet now.  I want to start on the proteins as well prior to the surgery.  Does anyone have any great sites where I can get samples?  Thanks for sharing with me.   :)

Now bear in mind i have not had my surgery yet but I have been sampling. Also remember that some people's tastebuds seem to change after the surgery so do not buy a whole bunch of one thing if you like it now, because you do not know if your tastes will change or not. Just try things here and there.

I am far from an expert I am just going by things I have been told by patients, by nutritionists, dieticians, and a few different surgeons, plus what I have read here and there on this group.

if you like coffee try www.click.com  and www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com.  I love Max sold at some GNC.  No after taste and thin I use almond milk. The Max Chocolate taste just like drinking Hersey's Chocolate Milk.  Vitamin Shopee has samples and if you do not like them you can return them as with GNC.  Vitalady is very good site to try different ones.  There is some fruit flavored ones you can mix with Crystal Light.  There is www.gotein.com  www.tryabouttime.com Hope this helps
