Do you eat the color of the rainbow??
I try to...Big time. I'm almost obsessive on eating different things. I probably eat 100 different foods a day!! I kid you not. Just small amounts...Here are a sample (some just a nibble or taste); mixed salads, rosemary, Wendy's Chili, 10 different kinds of nuts, 5-10 different fruits, herbs, grape leaves, oatmeal with raisins, coffee (Vitamin K), etc. My labs are ok...Almost 5 years out. I will do strange things like nibble on a B-Complex and iron pills throughout the day (yeah, gross I know). I just don't want to come up short on the labs. If my body is not absorbing something I want to be sure to make it up with a good food. I also take 1 daily multivitamin in the morning and a different daily in the evening...I even suck on a liquid daily (very small amount) during the day. Am I nuts?? One of the healthiest WLS people I know will puree his chicken salad...Am I nuts or ahead of the curve??
