How long for Uhc to approve?

Hey guys I finished upeverythin I needed to do for surgery and now I am just waiting for insurance approval!!! I know that it differs for everyone but can anyone tell me how long it took united health care insurance to approve you!?!?

Took my husband about a week after EVERYTHING was on file and I do mean everything.

Surgeons office turned the paperwork in on a Monday and I had the acceptance letter in my mailbox on Saturday.
