I'm at that point where I don't think I can go another farther.  On the plus side,  the hospital that sponsored the bariatric center fired his ass back in May.  I just wish that they took his hospital privileges away, also.

IMO - you should... if nothing else to find out who is he, his attitude etc. Just in case you ever need his help.

As someone who's sued "a big boy" agency, yes, you have to have bucks and tenacity... so telling someone to sue isn't something I offer as advice very often.

BUT...

If he screwed you up... chances are he's screwed others up.  They fired this POS, so the smoke/fire concept comes to mind.  You might try tracking down others.  Then ... a class action is something lawyers will consider as a better chance in many cases.
