WOW! what a differance a year makes!

Well yesterday made one year since I had my surgery.  I just can't believe what has taken place in the short span of time that has passed.  I have went form a size 20W to a size 6 and lost a total of 117 lbs.  I had such high hopes before my surgery but still had reservations if I would actually meet any of my goals.  I am so very happy to announce that I have met and exceeded my goal of 160 and am at 155.  was hoping for a size 10 in jeans and am so happy for a size 6. shew!  like I said what a differance a year makes! I will try to post before and after pics.
