Hang in there and keep following the plan.

I had a stall just over a year ago that lasted for a good, solid, 3 months. Dr. Denham and I both thought I was done. Then suddenly I started losing again.

Additionally, you may be losing inches but no pounds at the moment. Have you checked that?

Hang in there - go to support group (Vernon Hills is next week - wanna join us? It's friendly!), and you'll get a lot of the same answer.

I goofed!  It's usually the first Monday of the month, 7-8 pm, at the Vernon Hills office.  However, because next Monday is the 4th of July, it's been moved back a week to the 11th.  We're coming back from vacation that day, so I'm not sure if I'll be there or not - otherwise, I'm a regular.

Call the office, and they can email you a schedule of when/where each meeting is, as well as the main topic or presentation.

Um, I hide the scale and get back to the "basics" of my surgery.

1) Protein first always (60-100 grams per day)
2) Carbs UNDER 20 g per meal
3) keep calories around 1000 to nor MORE than 1200

Exercise like a fiend! (walking, weight lifting, swimming, etc) LOL!

Always works.

Warmly,
Jackie

bust out a tape measure, you may be losing inches but not pounds.  The body can be funny that way.
good luck
