Goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My  bariatric doctor talked to  my regular doctor about my weight.  My pcp want to me to keep losing weight even with plastic surgery for a panni sometime in the near future.   The wls surgeon told him that my weight was perfect as of right now and that I shouldn't lose any more.  After I have the operation,  I will be way  below goal.  The pcp wrote a prescription for WW so that I can start maintenance and have a free seat for the rest of my life and keep on track to keep my weight off for good(providing I keep working my none existent ass for it).  I've lost 71 % of my excess weight.  I couldn't be happier over it.  No doctor ever said my weight was perfect before.  What a present for me.

wow, thats awesome!  We started at the same weight.  I am almost at goal, but mine is higher than yours.  I am 5'9", how tall are you?  I dont even know if my goal is realistic, or I should be lower.  I guess I will see when I get there.  maria

I"m 5"1 at 142.  After I get my excess skin taken off, I'll be between 122 and 127.  Geez, I'm such a shrimp.  Thank you.  You'll get there faster than you know it.
