Yesterday---
b: coffee with splenda and coffee mate X 2, then protein bar
L: roast/green beans; watermelon wedge- probably 1 cup to 1/2 cups
s: applesauce; peanut butter and crackers
d: heavy dinner - really two dinners I guess - was hungry after work and ate a hot dog with a bun (I can't seem to get over this craving for a week or so); later ate beef vegetable soup with the family
s: protein shake
Hopefully, I will eat less today. So far, so good.
