Sure has been quite around here lately!  Had a great weekend, however, I am dealing with some bitter/sweet emotions this week.

 B   single serving size hummus, fresh veggies

S  1 wedge laughing cow cheese, 5 ww crackers

L  bean salad, 1/4 nectarine, 8 wheat thins

D 1 meatball, 1/2 c penne pasta

S 1 c almond milk, Click protein

S  1 sl rye bread toast, 1 spoonful natural peanut butter

2 hrs kayaking today, 20 mins swimming

Yesterday---

b:  coffee with splenda and coffee mate X 2, then protein bar

L:  roast/green beans; watermelon wedge- probably 1 cup to 1/2 cups

s:  applesauce; peanut butter and crackers

d:  heavy dinner - really two dinners I guess - was hungry after work and ate a hot dog with a bun (I can't seem to get over this craving for a week or so); later ate beef vegetable soup with the family

s:  protein shake

Hopefully, I will eat less today.  So far, so good.
