CALLING FOR CLOTHING EXCHANGE VOLUNTEERS in NOLA

 Help!! We're very sad to report that our own Gwen (photo specialist) was coming to NOLA to coordinate the clothing exchange and due to unforseen cir****tances, can no longer attend. We wish her and hubby the best and will miss them.

On that note, we need volunteers to help sort the clothing exchange!  If anyone will be there on Friday morning to help with receiving and sorting clothing, please let us know.  If we don't get volunteers, we may have to cancel the exchange, as we have a full schedule that day.

How many hours/what time would you need volunteers from?

 We need people to help receive and sort the clothing from about 8:45 am until we're finished around noon and we'll leave it open for people to come in and get what they need. We won't let anyone miss the events that they've come there for; the Q & A doesn't start until 1 pm. Anyone who can help is greatly appreciated and will receive a free magazine subscription for 1 year. We could use about 6 people for this.

 This is awesome!  I sent you my cell number in a PM, so we can communicate.  I arrive in NOLA a few days early to settle details and visit some surgeons, so please call me on Thursday!

I am from Louisiana but now live in Atlanta. I am planning to be in New Orleans for this event. I have clothes to donate and would love to help if you need some "out-of-state home folks". I haven't yet received anything about the exact where and when except for the date and city. Let me know if I can help.
