having some issues.... not sure what it could be

Okay so yesterday morning when I woke up the base of my throat down by my collar bones was hurting.  I was burping a lot and when I would burp it would hurt.  I was able to eat yesterday but not very much at a time (I know this is normal but I am talking less than I normally eat).  I am still burping a lot and it is still hurting.  I feels like if you have ever taken a huge swallow of water and it hurts going down and a little after.  I don't know if there could be a problem or if I did something.  I am 8 months out and have never had this problem before.  Anyone have this problem or an idea of what it could be.

Sounds like my symptoms a few months ago ---- I had and EGD and they diagnosed peptic ulcers and 'silent' reflux.

Give your doctor a call and find out when they can see you and talk about what is going on
