Excercise video

Well, it finally happened. I got a clearence from the plastic surgeon to excercise. So, I went back to the fitness section at the bariatric center that I go to. While there, a small film crew came in and talked to the excercise phsyologist about filming an excercise video as a promotion for the center. As I was on the treadmill, Cory calls out:"Hey, Kath, do you want do be in an excercise vid...eo?" Me, being me, jump at the chance. I don't know when they'll be filming but they will be in contact with me to sign the necessary waivers, etc. They wanted someone at or below goal. I guess I happened to be there at the right time and place. I LOVE BEING SO TINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Drs. McPhee and Ku would be using it as a promo.

I am having plastic surgery on December 9th, and am excited and scared at the same time. Sounds like you did very well!
