Tuesday Eats
Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone had a great day!
This week has been really hard following a few bad weeks of eating. The great thing about it .... is that I know when I've done bad .... and I know when to get back to reality before it gets out of hand! So easy to let it slip through your fingers. That is why its important to keep your weight monitored so that if you see a few lbs creep back on ....... you can STOP it in its tracks and go back to basics. Thank God that has "finally" sunk in for me!

1 fig newton
D: 2 homemade salmon patties
