Yeehaw ..... we are amost there!  Looking forward to the weekend. Got a big bonfire to go to Saturday night!

B-2 scrambled eggs, cheese, onions, grapes
S-none
L-some pork chop, salad-lettuce, cheese, cauliflower, ranch dressing
S-protein drink
D-went to my daughter's volleyball banquet. Did pretty well with the food but did have three bites of a dessert. Was really good but upset my pouch a short time later
S-a handful for almonds

Took a day off from running but walked over 4 miles. Did well with the waters and vitamins

Really struggling at night and on weekends when I'm home

that is all, I am maintaining but still want to lose 20 pounds.  maria
