Yeehaw ..... we are amost there! Looking forward to the weekend. Got a big bonfire to go to Saturday night!

D-went to my daughter's volleyball banquet. Did pretty well with the food but did have three bites of a dessert. Was really good but upset my pouch a short time later

Took a day off from running but walked over 4 miles. Did well with the waters and vitamins
