Don't want to lose anymore

OK, my little chickadees. I've come to a monumental conclusion.  25 months out of gastric bypass and 31 months of lifestyle changes OK I'm not losing anymore weight! When I went to my WW this morning. I had a loss of 190.6 lbs. I'm 15 lbs lower than my surgeons' goal and 7 lbs lower than my pcp and the WW goal my pcp ok'd for me. My bmi is 25.3 and down from 58. Now, if somebody wants to pay my plastic surgeon to take the excess skin from my batwings and flabby thighs, I wish they would feel free to do so. That would take me down to under 25. I want to enjoy living and not be stressing out what our thin obsessed culture  thinks. Now, it's learning  to maintain this fantastic weight loss and make it work I'm working out 5 days a week and my doctors are happy with my numbers.  This is as good as it gets..

Hey Foxy: Wow, you have done so well. WTG. You are very inspirational. Thanks for your post. Do you go to WW as a form of support group? I live an hour away from my support group (but happily make the drive to attend) and just was curious if this is your form of support group? Thanks....

Thank you so mouch.I go to WW both as a support group and to get weighed once a week.  By doing this,  I have a better chance of staying in control of my eating.  It's just that I adapt the points plus program to what I need to do for my bypass to work properly (protein first,  vegies and fruits, then complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, whole grain breads and legumes). I mean, I still write every thing down, weigh and measure my food when I'm home., get my fluids in and vitamins in, and make sure that I excercise.  It's just that I've worked to hard to get to this point.
You'll get to this point.  Believe me, you will.  It is so worth it.

You have worked hard!!! Way to go! You have an excellent chance for long term success, given the habits you have developed.

You are a great inspiration!
