Just a good morning to all!

I am celebrating with my friends Laura and Felicia.  They had lap-band on the 28th of October and both are doing very well.  Laura is down 14 lbs and Felicia is down 20!

My own weight stays at 120 even though I have not exercised in a very long time.  Hubby and I keep saying we need to start but somehow we never do.  Ten hour shifts at work leave me exhausted so it is hard to get into the pattern.  I KNOW I need to focus on drinking water (seldom drink anything but coffee, tea or diet soda.  I KNOW I need to get in more protein (it is a struggle to get more than 40 grams a day).  I KNOW I should do a lot of things that I don't.

So I guess the point of this message is this:  once your weight stabilizes and you don't gain or lose anymore, it is really easy to get lazy.  Fortunately for me, I get sick from so much that I eat, that I don't eat all that much....and so my body lets me get away with being lazy.  Don't let it happen to you!
This too will pass, like a kidney stone but it will pass!
