Plastic surgery approved & date made. Advice?

 I'm 2 an half years out from surgery. lost 190ish Lb's. Got January 5th plastic surgery date. I think they are just doing a lower body lift an then a cut down the middle to tighten my whole core. So like a upside down T. Does any one have any advice or stories to help me get mental prepared. Thanx

I am having a tt in March. I plan to eat really lightly for a few days pro op and get ahead of any constipation problems.

Don't want any potty problems after the surgery.

won't be too bad. nothing like original wls. you will walk a bit hunched over for a while but it is so worth it!
bit of a headache to keep the drains emptied if you are squeamish.
