Kinda Concerned

Me again. I am curious, does everyone have the honeymoon period? It still doesn't seem like I am losing weight .... i guess i am sensitive, because some times it seems like my clothes are tighter .... i am expeicting this to go the opposite direction!

Not sure what to think .... I feel like I have to work very hard to watch and record what I eat. And record my excercise. I just completed my 5th week on Sunday.

I want to succeed at this, really.

You've lost almost 50 lb in 5 weeks and you don't think you are succeeding?

No, the 50 lbs is over the course of the year, in the process. I've only lost 10 in 5 weeks, since the surgery. Everyone around me is losing a trainload of weight, and I'm a large girl! 300+ lbs! I should be losing better than I am. I'm wondering when the "honeymoon" starts. This is nuts.

Give yourself a break, I lost 50lbs in 4 months.

You are doing fine.

I averaged about 9lbs a month and hit goal after my one year anniversary.

Relax and enjoy the ride.

You WILL succeed.

We are our own worst enemies....you are doing great!!! I had my surge y Oct 26/11 and have lost 50 pounds. I beat myself up all the time as for the last 3 weeks I have stalled. Keep your chin up and it will improve.
