Hi Marilyn,

I would say "Never say, 100 lbs lost forever." Bout the time you let your guard down, and get the slightest bit "****y" you do an about face. I've kept most of it off, and I am thankful every day for the surgery, becuase I'll never be 300 lbs again, but life long discipline is the biggest part of this journey..

I say all of this in a very POSITIVE way.

Best to you, just keep on taking it one day at a time.
