So I live in a town that has all the major stores (Turlock, CA).  And I work in Modesto CA...A much larger city.  I can not find a chewable iron!!  I've gone to GNC, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid.  The local pharmacy that use to carry Bariatic Advantage closed...They moved their stuff to the local Rite Aid...Which didn't have the iron!!  Yeah, I know I can order on line.  Just wondering if you know of a major chain that carries chewable ferrous fumarate iron tablets??  Thanks...

Do you have a Vitamin Shoppe?  I found iron glycinate (supposed to be more gentle) by VegLife there.  It's "vegan" whatever that means for vitamins.

I couldn't find one in stores locally and I prefer to chew my iron vitamin.  I gave up and order iron (BA passionfruit) online.  I could probably get it from my WL surgeon because that was where I first got it.

Might be better to just give in and get it online or from you doc.  Get a six month supply so you don't have to think about it much....
