100 MILE MARCH CHALLENGE
Hey everyone... My name is James Garrison, I've been a member here for a few years and I came up with a challenge that is possible for just about everyone. I used to weigh over 700lbs and i like to spend a lot of my time paying it forward these days. and this is one of the ways I came up with. I have around 200 particpants and most of them are overweight, so that does mean just about anyone can do it.
Its called the 100 Mile March. The goal is to run/jog/walk at least 100 miles in the month of march, which if you do the math is about 3.25 miles per day, which is pretty doable. If you want to participate you can sign on facebook at www.facebook.com/100milemarch
Everything is broken down into divisions for Age, and whether you are a runner/jogger/walker. Although its not a competition, its cool just to compare you fitness from one year to the next or one person to the next.
