Diet after surgery

Can anyone recommend a good website to find out what I should be eating after surgery on a daily basis?  I work a lot and my apps on my IPhone are like my best friend.  I thought it would be great if there is some kind of app for eating and grocery shopping, etc...  If not, perhaps I should create one?

get the DS and in 3 months you will eat just about anything you want.

Most DS folks are extremely rude and almost all have left this board.  Just ignore them.   There are a few nice ones and they do give  you good advice.  

Intelli-Diet was nominated for best health app of 2011.  It is $4.99 but has all the features you want and more.  I think you are smart to think about doing this now.  It would be helpful with any pre-surgery weight loss too.  Your doctor is a good source.  So is Susan Maria's Before and After site.

WLS is much more then just that for most of us. Even if I could eat bags of chips and other crap all day and didn't have to worry about gaining weight, I still wouldn't cause it's not healthy.

WLS for me wasn't about cheating my surgery. Or getting the surgery that would allow me to cheat the most. It was about eating healthy and giving myself an extreme makover. 20 months out, I'm still maintaining a 32 inch waist and can see my ab****ting the gym, biking, Spinning etc. Life is great post WLS.

I'm not asking for any tips on cheating.  I do plan on eating healthy.  I just am not sure what the day would typically look like and what I should pack for work so that I have the healthy options available to me since I do work a lot.  Thank you for the name of the app.  I will check that out.
