I have used them for the last 5 years with no problems...Would buy it locally and online.  So I bought a bottle by phone a couple weeks ago (iron).  They charged 7 dollars shipping and some huge tax in LA!  Then the bottle comes late...Then another bottle arrives that I didn't ask for!!  So I call them and they said either I can buy the extra bottle or I can have UPS send it back.  I wrap the bottle in a box...Wait a few days...NO UPS!!  I call Bariatric Advantage and they say they will run it through again...NO one comes???!!!!!  Obesity Help don't you dare sensor me...This is a true story.  Something looks very fishy over there...Signed, Ticked in Turlock!!

I'm contacting them now for you. Their customer service is usually excellent. I would think the problem is more than likely cause by a new trainee. I'm sure they will get in touch with you on Mon. and take care of it right away!

I had a similar issue the sole time I returned something to them, several years ago.

I had purchased some liquid vitamins and met a local rep, Heather, at two different support groups I used to go to.  Heather specifically said that the quality of the liquid vitamins was inconsistent because the products separates while it sits and recommended I return it.

I returned it and Bariatric Advantage claimed not to receive it a week later, two weeks later, three weeks later, a month later.  I ended up calling Heather and she shipped an appropriate vitamin product to me, along with what was then the new calcium chews.  I was pleased at the customer service.  I believe that the returned item really didn't make it back, for whatever reason, primarily because, every other time I have dealt with them, the customer service has been consistently excellent.  I've also found them to be extremely generous with samples, especially if you get to know the reps for your area.

Legally they can't charge you for anything you didn't order and you DON'T have to return it.

I've heard similar stories from others about them.  The last time I ordered from them, I had not received my items after nearly a month so I called to ask about them.  The person I spoke with said something to the effect of, "Oh, since you ordered online we forgot to ship your stuff.  I'll have them mail it out tomorrow."  They did not charge me for shipping since it was so late, but still, how do you forget to mail it because it was ordered on line?  Don't most of the customers order online?  I do not plan to order from them anymore.

honestly you are better off without there iron  = so many people think there products are so good but not all of them are.  the calciums are good but the irons aren't so good.  The fruit flavored ones are ferrous iron which we can't absorb and the carbonyl irons which are good for us, dont' have enough vitamin C in them which most people don't know - they just know they are taking carbonyl iron with C and then wonder why they aren't absorbing them.  If you get tender irons from vitalady.com they have the right iron and with proper amount of C - you will never have a problem with customer service either - vitalady is one of our own

Messed up my first order 3 separate times before they got it right. I suggest bariatric choice.
