It's been a while......

I let life dominate and have been focusing on working three part time jobs trying to stay above water.   My weight is holding although on the high side for my comfort zone and I'm finding my behaviors are more compuslive these days.....don't like it.  So here I am...because this place always kept me mindful......and connected.  I came to a mailbox full of "where are yous"...which was wonderful.    I look forward to catching up and finding out how everybody is doing.    xoxo   Susan

Chris,   I just read your march 12 blog...and you captured it all do beautifully.   It's easy to blame weight for our negative feelings and lack of self worth and the real work begins after the weight loss.   Thank you for restoring in me that message.  Xo. Susan

Hey!

Glad to see you.

I was just thinking of you the other day.

Fine line with the compulsive behaviors, huh?

My compulsion is to come here every single day.

It helps me. It really does.

I remember why I had WLS.
I stay aware of the pitfalls...nutrition, regain...all of it.
It is a must for me.

Welcome back!

Susan... so nice to see you are back... & I'm dropping in for the first time in AGES myself.
it has been just crazy, so it is nice to know others have been experiencing same/similair issues. With busy lives it is just so difficult to be on here as much as I once was. Glad to see familiar faces!
