Wow wow wow amazing day yesterday!

Yesterday was one of those most awesome of days for me where many things just come together and I created it that way out of taking action. Just awesome!

I took a powerful workshop this past weekend that got me awake enough to take action. I reconnected with two of the three sisters I have been cut off from for the past seven years since my father died, and they both responded with such love. Deep healing!

I had some wonderful conversations with my husband after me literally jumping up and down in frustration and anger.

And best of all, I arranged a whole year of coaching with Katie Jay, a post WLS therapist who does incredible work. I am excited and thrilled, to put it mildly!

Plus I lost 3/4 pounds today!

Yup, yup, yup, and that isn't being Pollyanna. It's just what works.... It empowers me, and is a lot more fun than the depression I have lived in from time to time. It takes practice, lots and lots and lots of practice.

You know what's funny is that I wasn't attached to getting certain results. I simply apologized for being an ass from time to time, OK, lots of the time.

Forgiveness is a joy, and so powerful. It clears up so much space inside.

Thank heavens those days happen! Makes it all worthwhile. I've been working hard at all this stuff for a long time, and it finally just seemed to slip together. It started with my commitment to WLS- may the journey continue!
