Back to pre diet liquids - mostly

I'm 2 years post op, and was a light weight to start with. The lowest I went down was 157 and then adverged out about 164. Lately I've gone up to 175 and it's driving me crazy.
I feel like my eating it out of control!!! I've down the 5 day pouch diet - several times.

So now I'm doing water, protien drinks, and a grilled chicken salad for dinner. I also just had a cup of fresh berries, and of course coffee.

Those pounds better drop if they know what's good for them! lol

Mentioned diet is good enough. There is one more thing to keep in mind that amount of calories that you are consuming in your diet. If you are counting calories then make a chart that how much you are going to take calories in whole day. Sure it will help you.
