Frustrated

I know I shouldn't beat myself up but my scale hasnt moved in like three weeks I know I'm doing alright to well but it's so frustrating when you keep fluctuating a lb up a lb down and it doesnt stick! I'm taking my vitamins, getting my protein in via protein shakes and lean proteins and drinking all my water. I probably could up my exercise some more - I'm joining a gym this week...but ugh. I don't want to be the person it doesnt work for, who doesnt work the tool right. I think mostly I'm in the middle of a depressive sulk right now.

Hopefully you can take a bit of comfort in knowing that we have all experienced this and that you are not alone in feeling like this.

Focus on the realization that you seem to be following the right path of success for your goal.  You are taking your vitamins, you are taking the protein, you are drinking the water, and you have made the right plans to get to the gym.

Congratulations!!!

Throw out the "What ifs" and let go of the depression because you are becoming healthier no matter what your scale is telling you.  You are becoming healthier because you are not only eating right, exercising, but you are treating yourself better and with more respect.  How amazing is that?

Keep yourself moving in the right direction and let go of the distractions of shame, fear, and negativity.  I know you can probably root for other people, so start rooting for yourself.

Don't know why people always thinking about the scale instead of his present health feeling. If i workout daily and i am not able to lose my weight it doesn't means i am not working in proper manner. We all knows that fat doesn’t comes in a week of month. It a slow and steady process and if you are going to lose th same it means definitely you need patient. It will may take long time and during this period we can feel the changed in our body. We can feel our self more energetic and fit.

One of the big frustrations, is the stall.. please do not get discouraged.. many of us have been there, if you search you will find posts from months, years etc..ppl going through same thing. I even blogged my journey.. and I was so upset that I did something wrong.. and my dear friends kept reminding me..this happens..our bodies need to adjust and take a time out at some points to catch up.. this is what I was told..it made sense.. and if at a gym.. dont get upset at scale not moving there either..gain muscle.. but not inches..so be sure to check your size in inches not just the scale.. look at how much you lost! good job!! stay focused..your doing good :)
