Soy Protein Powder Recommendations Needed

Hi,

I am being treated for a C. difficile infection. If you don't know what that is, I can sum it up quickly. I had horrific diarrhea upwards of 15-20 times a day for over 6 weeks. I only mention that because it will make it easier for you to understand why I can't tolerate most solid food right now, except for those evil white carbs!

I am not allowed any dairy products, including greek yogurt, for the time being. So when I realized that whey protein isolate comes from cows, well, there went my protein shake supplementation idea.

But I CAN have soy protein. It is not my first choice, and I know it is not optimal for my RNY, but I have to get in some protein!

Suggestions?

I think soy is awful. I use a vegan powder called plant fusion that is amazing
