Quest Bars are wonderful! Very low effective carbs, made with whey protein instead of soy, and if you get the all natural line, they are sweetened with Stevia instead of Splenda. These are the only protein bars I am able to eat. I love them!

I dump on them and then get severe RH. IMO they have more sugar and garbs than they specify.
