So I have these skin flaps near my armpit...Yeah I know gross!!  It is just on one side and it's inflamed.  I tried Aloe...No go.  What can I use...triple anti, calamine lotion?  Any ideas??  Since it is somewhat under my arm there is constant movement...

I would make an appointment with a dermatologist. It could be an infection and you need antibiotics and some medicated cream not found over the counter.

I suggest diaper-rash cream, and a soft-cloth wrap-type bandage for a few days. Sucks, doesn't it? (Think how much worse it would be if that loose skin was rubbing against a bra rather than your own skin.)

Like someone else said, I would use diaper rash cream. Something I also use (I have horrendous batwings!) is a powder called Anti-Monkey Butt Powder. It works really well and I have found that since I started using it every day I haven't had any irritation on my loose skin (I use it on my batwings, under my pannus, and on my now-flappy thighs.

But most importantly, since it is already inflammed, I would only use this temporarily until you can get to your doctor!

They are skin tags. Most primary care drs can take them off in the office. They freeze it with liquid nitrogen. If you don't want to go to the Dr, OTC wart remover might work. I have actually snipped them with scissors, but don't tell anyone lol! If its irritated or red, it may just fall off on its own....

If it's red and stinky, then it could be a yeast infection.  Some Atheletes foot cream will help.  It works great under boobs and between folds too.
