Sorry to have been away so long.
Hello group. I had RNY in November of 2009 and did fairly well. I also read this forum regularly. I lost my motivation then finally came back. Lent was my inspiration. I thought to myself. I have a great tool. I WILL WILL WILL use it. I cut out grazing, junky snacks and made health a priority again. My pouch is awesome. I just need to stay the course, back to basics and not get caught up in "head hunger". I am losing again since Ash Wednesday and have altered my ticker to reflect my small but RE- beginning loss. I KNOW even we old timers can get back on track so I am putting my best foot forward again and starting by making a public statement that I WILL work toward goal.
