I personally ordered from BE and had no end of issues with them for about a year until I finally ditched them. I even went to their store in person in South FL and they treated me like crap. SML does not know how to run a business. I once got her to respond to me by emailing her directly - I don't remember where I got the address. But she never made good on orders or promises. I would definitely contact your credit card company and BBB.

I have had much better luck with nashuanutrition.com, GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.

Good luck, and help spread the word that SML is a total hack...!!

Go post on her FB page - I just had an interesting "interaction" with her  ...    Lots of people there drinking the koolaid!
