troubling symptoms

Im 5 yrs out from GP. Recently i have frequen****ery diarrhea 5-7 or more times a day. I have very loud girgling noises in my abdomen. My stomach bloats after eating. I dont have pain, just feel uncomfortable. Could something be wrong caused by my surgery? I have had IBS for years, but this seems dufferent.
Any ideas?

Gluten sensitivity? Are you eating any wheat?

I agree it could be gluten sensitivity or sensitivity to some other food but the other thing to look at is a possible overgrowth of bacteria in your intestines or C-Diff.  You can have a stool culture done but not all bacteria strains are tested for.  Have you made an appointment with your doctor?
