Finially

Finally, after working on this for a year, I am approved to have my sleeve next Fri. I can almost cry, and now am wondering if I can pull it off, will I change my eating habits and make this work for me. Anybody else dought themselves before surgery? 

i think alot of people have doubts before surgery it is very normal to be scared

I am 1 month out from surgery and I used to love to eat now food is eh/////

I have no desire to eat I know I have to eat but can only get a little bit down ex: 1 egg scrambled makes me full

you do have to make good choices but trust me food is not the same first out of surgery you dont crave the things you used to I was a junk food junkie eating out 3 time a day dont miss it at all
