Leveling out but still making health improvements
I have been hovering around 225lb for quite some time now and I really feel that I am done loosing, and to be honest I feel just fine where I am at. I am a bigger guy than most and never wanted to get below 200lb. My workout partners state that I still seem to be getting in better shape and they are now having a hard time keeping up with me. :) Anyways, I am learning to eat more and balance my calories out as I transition to maintenance.
My Stats:
High weight: 370
Weight at initial consult 358 (9/2011)
Weight at surgery 330 (4/2012)
Last week: 225
This week: 225
Total weight lost: 145
On a side note,
I picked up a different mountain bike frame and spent some time swapping components over and buying new ones. Then new bike is amazing and fits me very well. I put about 20mi on it to dial it in and compared my times...all of them are faster, must be that new bike smell. :) My buddy and I went on a 15mi ride Saturday and had the place to our selves...good times.
