I was on a little break but I'm back and I got a date!

I had some set backs, would rather not explain it all......LOL I'm having surgery with Dr. Smith October 21st. I'm very happy. I did ask to be on the cancellation list, but I was told good luck with that.

I need to stay healthy and cancer free. I need this to happen.

I want my life back!

I had to also wait until I was Cancer free for two years. Wish you luck In this new journey and glad you are cancer free.

Congrats and best wishes! I HATE cancer. God, I wish they would find a cure.

Which surgery are you having and if you don't mind this pre-op asking, why did you chose that one?

I'm having the sleeve scheduled on June 19th. I didn't like the idea of having to go get the lap band filled or if it slipped. My oncologist suggested the sleeve for me. I also like the fact that with the sleeve your digestion system works the same as before you just have a smaller stomach. Hope that helps. Have you decided what you will do

I'm having my ds surgery on June 19th as well.  Good luck, it's getting very close now!!!  

I'm having the VGS because I had colon cancer. That was the surgeons choice and I'm happy with that.

Best of luck for the operation and would like to request researcher please find a solution to cancer which kills so many people year on year .stay healthy stay fit .
