I like myfitnesspal.com.  I use it on my Iphone when I am on the go, and it syncs with my fitbit that helps me keep track of my activity level.  Plus if you have friends that use it, you can encourage each other.

I have a fitbit and actually love their site.. works for me!  However, I have friends that use the one mentioned above with good results.   Try googling (calorie tracking sites/apps) and see what comes up!

I like www.fitday.com  You can even build custom foods on it from your own recipes, and it will break down the calories per serving.  I  used it for one of my nutrition classes.

I don't count calories anymore, just protein and complex carbs grams.
