Question about Blender Bottles

It seems like every time I get a new Blender Bottle and drink my first protein shake out of it, the bottle gets this weird smell. Even if I was the bottle out right away after drinking the shake and no matter how long I soak it or how many times I wa**** Is there any way to get this smell out???
