gluten intolerance

Anyone heard of or have info about WLS and gluten intolerance?  I'm seven years post-op, have developed an autoimmune disorder.  One doctor has suggested it may have been caused by gluten intolerance and that I should consider Paleo diet.

I decided to go gluten free and try to follow that as much as I can . I have not been tested for gluten sensitivity but I don't feel good when I have food with it. Good luck.
