Questions about Group Health/Medicare

Hello.  I am wondering if anyone has dealt with Group Health for Medicare.  I have an appointment with a case manager on October 10th to discuss the process but I am impatient.  I am so excited to get this started.  

I have been struggling with my weight since I was in kindergarten.  I have been on every diet that I can imagine.  I always loose but then it comes back with friends. I am tired of being obese.  I have reached my all time high of 336 and I am only 5'2".  I feel like I am dying.  I have sleep apnea, high blood pressure, my knees are shot, and my A1C is beginning to be high.  I don't want diabetes but that is where I am headed.

I pray that this is going to happen.  I don't know what to do if it doesn't.  I am scared.
