Hi haven't been here for awhile

I haven't been here for quite awhile but I think it's time

to come back.  My surgery was in 2007. Did very well but now I

have slipped, so for the next few days it will be liquids again the

start over....I would love to hear from older surgeries and new lap

band surgeries. This forum always helped before so I know you all 

will help again.

We are glad to see you but not to hear you are struggling.  Check out the Vets Forum, Lap Band Forum and you may want to join the group Back On Track Together    Make a list of what worked for you before and incorporate the changes in your life a few at a time. Before you know it you will be back on track and losing    Keep us posted!
